Having rebranding his independent Ipswich agency to REMAX Consultants last year, Broker Owner Ajay Patel has expanded his business, acquiring a second office in Browns Plains.
Mr Patel has remained steadfast in his goal to grow his business within the first twelve months, with the opportunity to purchase an already established REMAX office location proving an ideal addition to accommodate his expanding team in a rapidly growing corridor of Brisbane.
“We’re firmly in growth mode and the opportunity to expand REMAX Consultants with a second office, offering the same level of exceptional service, is one we’re very excited about,” said Mr Patel.
“It has been a strong twelve months for us under the REMAX brand. We’ve grown our property management division significantly, our sales division is expanding rapidly, and we’ve welcomed five new team members who are fantastic representatives for REMAX Consultants, displaying exceptional level of professionalism.”
Mr Patel opened the doors to his Booval office location in September 2024, rebranding from his independent agency Consult Realty to drive future growth with the backing of the global REMAX brand.
The close-nit team of Mr Patel, Head of Property Management Darsh Patel, and Business Development Manager Sam Armstrong grew shortly after opening welcoming two new sales agents in Hardik Vyas and Avinash Patel.
Acquiring the Browns Plains office – previously REMAX Right Home – came at a significant time for Mr Patel, almost doubling his team to ensure the standard of service from professionals representing the REMAX Consultants name remained consistent across both offices.
Located at Shop 6, 129 Browns Plains Road, Browns Plains, the office is ideally positioned to service opportunities in the surrounding suburbs. Sales agents Nik Roantree, Andy Gharat, Craig Harper and Tony Harper represent REMAX Consultants’ newest sales associates, alongside office administrator Katrina Williams, from the Browns Plains office.
