With the results of RE/MAX sales performances all over the world tallied for the first half of 2024, Denver-based RE/MAX LLC announced its Top 100 and Top 50 rankings for January to end of June.
Two Australian agents, Kylee Harnisch and Tamara Hall, received the outstanding accolade of being named in the top 100 RE/MAX agents worldwide. Kylee from RE/MAX Results in Morningside ranked 53rd and Tamara from RE/MAX Advantage in Wynnum ranked 60th.
Worldwide recognition and honour also went to two Australian sales teams named in the top 50, small teams. These were Melita Bell Team, RE/MAX Success in Toowoomba, and Team Leanne Druery, RE/MAX Select in Mackay, coming in at #26 and #27 respectively.
Nine individual Australian agents figured in Top 100 Global residential, 16 Australian teams made the cut for Top 50 Global – small teams, and nine Australian teams featured in the Top 50 Global medium teams.
Kylee Harnisch, #11, and Tamara Hall, #12, ranked in the top 20 agents globally. Making the top ten teams globally were, for small teams, Melita Bell Team (Toowoomba) #6, Team Leanne Druery (Mackay) #7, Evans Properties Team (Morningside) #8, The Phillip Wiltshire Team (Currambine) #9, and The Demo Foufas Team (Currambine) #10; and for medium teams, Jacqui Walker Team (Toowoomba) #4.
Seventeen Australian teams were named in Top 100 Global Teams, residential & commercial.
Team rankings include small (2 members), medium (3-9 members), and large (10+ members) teams. To make the cut, a team’s year-to-date commission must be equal to or greater than $40,000 USD.
RE/MAX Australia Managing Director Joel Davoren congratulated the network’s top performers, saying that Australia had made an impressive mark on the rankings, having delivered exceptional results through the first half of this year.
“A RE/MAX agent or team reaching these top rankings should be enormously proud of the achievement, as I am,” he said, “because it says they are amongst the very best in what is recognised as the most productive sales force in the real estate industry worldwide.
“The strong showing by RE/MAX Australia is testament to the dedication and excellence of our network.”
More than 58,000 RE/MAX agents make up the network’s global region. With the addition of US and Canada, the sales force rises to more than 140,000 throughout more than 110 countries and territories world-wide.
