Just weeks after being announced as a top three finalist in the 2025 REA Excellence Awards, Hayley Van de Ven has been named REA Group’s ‘Most Influential Woman in Property’.
Ms Van de Ven, who is Director of REMAX The Limitless Group, shared it was truly a “pinch me” moment finding out she had taken the title.
“I feel so honoured to be recognised in these awards,” she said. “To be a finalist was an incredible honour in itself and to be named most influential woman in property is really special.”
As a business owner, mentor and leader, Hayley’s influence on the industry is rooted in a deep commitment to supporting others to achieve their best.
Ms Van de Ven leads a team of over 100 professionals and across a growing multi-office enterprise spanning Brisbane’s inner south, with offices located in Morningside, Cleveland and Alexandra Hills.
Now in its ninth year, the awards shine a spotlight on the passion and expertise of REA Group customers from across the country. The ‘Most Influential Woman in Property’ award category recognises exceptional women in the property industry and their individual contribution through outstanding leadership, mentorship, service and marketing excellence.
“I’m not a leader that sits in the ivory tower,” said Ms Van de Ven, whose success is grounded in a people-first culture. “I’m at my best and thriving when together, when we are all in the trenches with our suit sleeves rolled up, kicking goals and curating great outcomes for our clients.
“This award says to me that twenty years of championing integrity, grit, performance and leading with empathy is now recognised in the industry, and I’m so excited to continue to fly this flag.”
Passionate about empowering women and creating pathways to leadership, Hayley extends her enthusiasm and passion for driving social change through her work with 4 Voices, a charity that helps to provide immediate and practical solutions for girls and women in crisis; Hayley was appointed to the board in early 2026.
