RE/MAX Success again proves the team is at the top of its game taking away top honours at the annual Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) Awards for Excellence.
REIQ honoured RE/MAX Success, inducting it into the prestigious Hall of Fame. The Toowoomba real estate business had held the regional sales agency lead in settled transactions and settles commissions for 2021, 2022 and 2023.
Sales associate Jacqui Walker continued her outstanding sales record to win Residential Salesperson of the Year (Regional) for both settled commissions and settled transactions.
REIQ named Karissa Tigges, RE/MAX Success, as the 2024 Business Development Manager of the Year.
The Toowoomba office had a very strong showing across category finalists with property manager Cheryl Head a contender for Residential Property Manager of the Year; sales associate James O’Donohue for Residential Salesperson Regional – Settled Transactions; and sales associate Melita Bell, for Residential Salesperson Regional – Settled Commissions and Settled Transactions.
RE/MAX featured in 11 groups of top-performing finalists in total. Jarryd Fisher from RE/MAX Aspire made the cut for Rising Star Salesperson of the Year and the Tanah Merah office was a finalist for Medium Residential Agency of the Year.
Residential Salesperson of the Year finalists included Leanne Druery, from RE/MAX Select in Mackay and Morningside agent Kylee Harnisch, RE/MAX Results.
RE/MAX Select was in a field of top contenders for Regional Residential Agency of the Year, and also a finalist for Sales Agency Regional – Settled Commissions and Sales Agency Regional – Settled Transactions.
Mackay agents Stacey Arlott (Settled Commissions) and Leanne Druery, (Settled Transactions and Settled Commissions) were Residential Salesperson Regional finalists.
Kylee Harnisch, RE/MAX Results, was named finalist for Residential Salesperson SEQ – Settled Commissions.
RE/MAX Australia Managing Director Joel Davoren congratulated all who had been nominated or won top REIQ awards this year.

The 2024 Real Estate Institute of Queensland’s (REIQ) Awards for Excellence was hosted at The Star Brisbane, where more than 1,000 people from the industry gathered to see the show in its 33rd year.
