Pivotal Financial, the finance arm for RE/MAX Australia, has claimed the honour of Brokerage of the Year > 5 staff in the Connective Excellence Awards for QLD.
“This is a huge achievement four years into our new brand and business,” said Pivotal Financial General Manager, Matthew Andrews, who was tasked with restructuring the mortgage broking business for RE/MAX Australia in 2017.
The re-brand of the finance division turned heads after an impressive first year when Pivotal Financial was represented in five categories in the 2018 Connective Excellence Awards and won Best Marketing and Best Newcomer.
Pivotal Financial currently has 20 brokers and 10 support staff across Australia.
Mr Andrews said, “Helping Australians into home ownership remains a key goal for Pivotal Financial and this can only happen with the right people, the right processes and a commitment to serve the community.”
It seems that implementing leading business practices is also very good business.
“As a financial services organisation, we have always sought to embrace best practice, and this commitment is paying dividends in our numbers. The Pivotal Financial business has more than doubled in 12 months with consistent month on month growth.

He explained that Connective Excellence Awards winners are chosen for their expertise, integrity and outstanding customer service standards.
