REMAX Advanced unveiled its new look office recently in a prime location within one of Bribie Island’s busiest shopping precincts.
The move was inspired by the opportunity to create greater exposure and foster more meaningful connections with the community. However, broker-owner David Wereszczuk said there were initially some who questioned whether opening in real estate office in a shopping centre was the right move.
“We wanted to create a space that not only met the needs of our team, but was also welcoming and inviting for the public,” he said.
“Admittedly, we had a few people questioning whether it was the right move for a real estate office, however, the exposure and genuine connections we’ve made since opening the doors have been incredible.”
The move has proven highly successful in reinforcing the business’s connection with the community. Mr Wereszczuk said the location and fit-out has helped in breaking down the stereotype and humanise the real estate profession by creating a welcoming environment that encourages genuine connection and conversation between agents, staff and the public.

“We’re located in the Bribie Island Central shopping centre, which has approximately 2.1 million people pass through its doors each year,” he said.
“It’s also home to one the highest grossing Woolworths stores in Queensland, so this really is great exposure for both our properties and our team.
“The office move and upgrade demonstrate our readiness to meet the expectations and needs of our clients, and we’re thrilled that people can enjoy doing business in a contemporary environment,” he said.
