One of Australia’s most awarded real estate offices, RE/MAX Profile, has relocated to where it all started – Kenmore, the home of Australia’s first RE/MAX office.
RE/MAX Profile, at 1/6 Brookfield Road, Kenmore, is back in the village where RE/MAX 1st Real Estate opened its doors in 1997.
RE/MAX Profile is a successful and growing business with sales and property management teams under the one roof.
Broker owners Adam and Roxanne Workman secured the building and moved the business from Bardon to capitalise on the better location.
Roxanne explained, “This is a better located site in a popular community hub and business precinct.
“We have excellent street exposure to traffic, which is more valuable than foot traffic though the office is directly across opposite Brookfield Road from the Kenmore Village Shopping Centre, Kenmore State School is across Moggill Road and other schools are also in walking distance.
“And there are plenty of parking options in the area.”
RE/MAX Profile’s market is mostly high-end homes and acreage through Pullenvale, Anstead, Kenmore, Kenmore Hills, Chapel Hill and Fig Tree Pocket. With many of their property managements already in this area, the new office sets up the property management team for further growth and expansion of the rent roll.
“Our two business, RE/MAX Ignite and RE/MAX Profile, are ideally located in gateway precincts to Brisbane and Ipswich, separated by the Brisbane River,” said Roxanne.
Ironically, the river is now separating the childhood sweethearts, who have been together since they were 14 and married for 29 years.
“I am now Kenmore-based while Adam is at RE/MAX Ignite in Riverhills, and it is taking a bit of getting used to,” she laughed.
In a further twist, Adam and Roxanne’s landlord is an ex-RE/MAX principal, now retired. Giuseppe and Karen Chisari own the Kenmore building, which has always housed a real estate office.
