Danny Woolbank has moved his RE/MAX Property Centre team to a prime Broadbeach Mall location with a stunning fit out, and three times the space of the office he opened five and a half years ago.
In moving his business a third time, Mr Woolbank made the ultimate commitment to its market positioning and future growth by purchasing the ground level office space freehold.
Even before the 2nd September opening, he was fielding favourable comments from the business and local community.
“I was being told the fit out had ‘wow’ factor in abundance and that it was the classiest real estate business premise in Broadbeach.
“I’m very happy if that’s the case because it came out of a team collaboration on design features, colours and overall ambience. The open ceiling was definitely our choice. Overall, I describe our office design as coastal vibe with an industrial edge and a touch of Hamptons.
“We went to an office design specialist to deliver the practical layout, with our brief being to include open working space, four connected offices, a client contact area, and an inviting reception, which would house the current team of seven in sales, three in property management and an office manager, plus an anticipated growth in numbers.
He said RE/MAX Property Centre was now in a prime location at Broadbeach Mall for visibility, for access, and for team growth in both sales and property management.
“We are in the Gold Coast’s restaurant and café precinct and the conference centre of the Gold Coast.”
The business owner expects his three strongest sales agents specialising in the unit market to particularly flourish in this new location, which will also attract other agents wanting to benefit from the ground floor exposure.
“Alex Wohler, Rima Stafford and Andrew Hickey have each been with me for a long time, especially Alex who joined me two months after I started RE/MAX Property Centre, and I believe our stunning new presence will bring more listing opportunities their way.
“The entire team and our customers and clients will benefit from our new home,” he said.
Danny Woolbank has been a leading agent on the Gold Coast since 2005 and opened RE/MAX Property Centre in 2018.
The office is positioned halfway down, on the northern side of the mall, across from the Oasis Shopping Centre.
