REMAX Australia brought together its top agents for an exclusive event at Brisbane’s luxe Calile Hotel on April 22, hosting its annual Diamond Event.
The invite-only event welcomed over 40 members of the network’s million-dollar-plus cohort, who were recognised with Diamond-level status at the network’s annual awards earlier this year. Invitees took part in thoughtfully crafted sessions featuring leading speakers.
REMAX Australia Managing Director Joel Davoren said the Diamond Event remains an important fixture in the network’s professional development calendar.
“It’s always an honour to host our Diamonds. We curate these sessions intentionally to deliver meaningful and insightful sessions with highly engaging speakers across a range of topics,” said Mr Davoren.

This year’s speaker line-up features Cayle Blaxland, Samantha McLean and Natalie Waters, each offering expert insight and knowledge from their respective fields.
High performing real estate agent Cayle Blaxland joined Mr Davoren for an engaging Q&A, sharing the strategies, insights and techniques that helped him in becoming one of Brisbane’s highest performing agents.
Samantha McLean, a leading voice at the intersection of real estate and generative AI, and co-founder and managing editor of one of Australia’s most influential real estate media platforms, Elite Agent, delivered an engaging session focussed on helping property professionals navigate and adapt to an increasingly evolving technological landscape.
In the final session of the day, behavioural profiling specialist Natalie Waters presented a compelling, real-world perspective on performance, resilience and decision-making. Drawing on her background in law enforcement and roles in international government, Natalie offered insights into human behaviour, and her unique view on leadership, adaptability and mindset.
