REMAX Diamond welcomed more than 150 community and business guests to its grand opening soiree on Friday, 6 March, celebrating the launch of its new office in Cranbourne North.
Upon cutting the ribbon to the new office, broker owners Rahul Maan and Yad Aulakh, along with sales associates Surinderpall Gill and Ishan Fernando, greeted guests as they toured the newly designed office space before enjoying an evening of live music, delicious food and great company in what was an incredible celebration of the business owners’ journey and importance of community.
Mr Maan reflected on the opening of the office, sharing both he and Mr Aulakh were clear in their intent to build a strong and enduring brand presence in Cranbourne North.
“Our goal was simple: to ensure the space is both enjoyable and functional – not just for our team, but for you, our clients,” he said. “We wanted to create an environment that allows the strength, experience, and commitment of the REMAX Diamond team to be clearly reflected in the way we do business.”
But for Mr Maan and Mr Aulakh, the night was more than a celebration of the new office space, it was a celebration of a long-held goal that began long before they came to Australia.
“We carry with us not just our hopes, but the expectations of the families we left behind,” he said. “The journey to this moment was never a straight line. It came with the usual strains of establishing yourself in a new country. To achieve what we have in our first year, and to now be opening the doors to our very own, purpose-built headquarters, is a dream come true.
“This office is not just made of glass and steel. It is built on the belief that if you work hard enough and you surround yourself with the right people, it eventually becomes your strength.”
REMAX Australia Managing Director Joel Davoren and Operations Director Josh Davoren, were among guests in attendance, congratulating Mr Maan and Mr Aulakh on the new office space and the early success of REMAX Diamond, which celebrates one year under the global brand in April.
Mr Josh Davoren reflected on the event, sharing the celebration of the business owners’ success was felt in the enthusiasm and excitement of the entire community celebrating on the night.
“Congratulations to Rahul and Yad on the opening of their new office space, what an exceptional event showcasing your dedication not only to the REMAX brand, but to your entire community in Cranbourne,” he said.
Set across two levels, the office has been designed to welcome clients through a contemporary reception area. The modern, sleek design complements the refreshed REMAX branding throughout the space and includes a meeting room, boardroom and directors’ offices.
The REMAX Diamond office is located at 5 Impact Way, Cranbourne North. Strategically positioned in Cranbourne North’s newest business park, Mr Maan and Mr Aulakh purchased the property in later 2024 while it was under construction, with the intention of building a strong and enduring brand presence in the region.
