REMAX DOMINATE AS REIQ AWARD FINALISTS

REMAX has been recognised across 21 nominations in the 2025 Real Estate Industry of Queensland (REIQ) Awards for Excellence.

The announcement of finalists this week showcased some the network’s leading offices dominating award category nominations, with three offices named finalists across seven categories, and nine individuals across seven categories. 

The REIQ Awards for Excellence recognise and celebrate real estate professionals and agencies amongst Queensland’s finest, recognising and promoting excellence and best practice.

Three of the network’s leading sales agents – REMAX Select’s Leanne Druery, and REMAX Results and REMAX Bayside Properties’ Brooke Caple and Kylee Harnisch – are finalists for the 2025 REIQ Residential Salesperson of the Year.

Melita Bell and James O’Donohue from REMAX Success, along with Leanne Druery are all finalists in the Residential Salesperson Regional – Settled Transactions and Residential Salesperson Regional – Settled Commissions categories.

Kylee Harnisch is a finalist for Residential Salesperson SEQ – Settled Transactions.

REMAX Success’ Lochie Wagner is a finalist for the Rising Star Salesperson of the Year, with Karissa Tigges from the same office a finalist for Business Development Manager of the Year.

Two of the network’s leading property managers in REMAX Results and REMAX Bayside Properties’ Emma Goodfellow and REMAX Success’ Cheryl Head were each named finalist for Residential Property Manager of the Year.

Mackay’s REMAX Select, under the leadership of Nikita Kinnane, is a finalist across five categories including Regional Residential Agency of the Year and Medium Residential Agency of the Year. 

The office’s other finalist nominations include Sales Agency Regional – Settled Commissions, Sales Agency Regional – Settled Transactions, and recognised for their efforts in supporting the community, they were named finalist in the Contribution to the Community Award category.

REMAX Results and REMAX Bayside Properties are a finalist in the Large Residential Agency of the Year Award category, with multi-office broker owner Hayley Van de Ven’s The Limitless Group recognised as an Industry Innovation finalist.

REMAX Australia Managing Director Joel Davoren congratulated the offices, individuals and their teams on the recognition as finalists in the awards.

“It is fantastic to see the dedication and professionalism of these individuals, teams and offices recognised by the industry,” said Mr Davoren. 

“Congratulations to Nikita, Katie and Hayley on the leadership of your teams, setting the benchmark for success not only in REMAX Australia, but in the real estate industry.

“We wish all the finalists the best in the upcoming REIQ Awards, and a special mention to Jacqui Walker, who is set to receive the REIQ’s highest honour, being inducted into the Hall of Fame.”

An accolade reserved for agencies and individuals who achieve top ranking results in the same category for three consecutive years, REMAX Success’ Jacqui Walker and her team will be recognised as part of the prestigious REIQ Hall of Fame. Jacqui won the category for residential salesperson regional – settled transactions and residential salesperson regional – settled commissions in 2022, 2023 and 2024.

Winners will be announced at an awards gala on the 8th of November, 2025 at The Brisbane Showgrounds.
