New business is coming to the Perth Hills, with the opening of REMAX Encore in the heart of Gidgegannup this month. Under the leadership of Broker Owner Jorg Nottle, the launch of REMAX Encore has been years in the making, sparked by his goals to build a real estate business since relocating to Perth seven years ago.
No stranger to the global REMAX brand, Mr Nottle joined Perth’s REMAX Exchange team as a Senior Property Consultant mid-2024. Embracing the culture and influence of the brand, he soon set his sights on opening his own agency with the backing of REMAX.

Mr Nottle brings over 30 years’ experience in residential and commercial property management in Germany, having managed one the country’s largest commercial real estate portfolios, valued at approximately €700 million. His approach to real estate is built on deep industry experience, professionalism and integrity.
He leads with confidence and compassion and has developed a business model founded on honesty and exceptional service. Mr Nottle emphasises the importance of merging technical expertise with genuine, personal client connections.
