Cementing his commitment as one of the Sunshine Coast’s leading agents and business owners, REMAX Property Sales broker owner Tristan Brown is merging his two successful real estate offices to one centralised Sunshine Coast location.
The powerhouse business owner leads a team of 28 sales and property management professionals across two office locations in Nambour and Caloundra, and said the move to a more centralised Sunshine Coast location will allow the high performing team greater scope to service the region moving into the future.
“REMAX Property Sales commitment and the commitment of our entire team to their service areas remains the same. We are dedicated to supporting our clients and communities, and the new, custom designed office space will allow for greater collaboration and continuity within our team,” said Mr Brown.

Located in the prime commercial precinct of Birtinya, the new office is strategically positioned in one of the fastest growing corridors of the coast, with the modern office layout designed to encourage collaboration, further enhancing the strength of team’s culture.
“The location is truly ideal, giving us the ability to duplicate what we’ve done so well for so long in Nambour and Caloundra, while allowing us this opportunity to reflect a truly Sunshine Coast-wide commitment,” he said.
Mr Brown purchased the REMAX Property Sales Nambour office in February 2021, swiftly growing the office from a small, dedicated team to allow for greater service opportunities for the community utilising to the REMAX brand. In just two years, the progressive and dynamic leader purchased the Caloundra-based REMAX First office, doubling his team under the REMAX Property Sales business.
“Both our Nambour and Caloundra teams have represented clients and their communities exceptionally over the years and in particular through the rapid growth we’ve experience here on the Sunshine over the past five years,” said Mr Brown.
