REB (Real Estate Business) has announced REMAX multi office director Hayley Van de Ven’s The Limitless Group as the winner of the REB Innovator of the Year – Franchise Office award.
Accepting the award at the 2026 REB Innovation Awards gala, held in Sydney on Thursday, 25 June, were REMAX Results head of people and culture Melanie Marsh and agent services manager Kirstie Clarke.
The awards celebrate the bold thinkers and trailblazers transforming Australia’s real estate landscape. REMAX The Limitless Group was recognised as a franchise office that has successfully implemented innovative strategies within its office, driving local success while continuing to align with the broader REMAX network.
The Limitless Group was recognised for its innovative, people-first business model, combining industry-leading agent development, flexible workplace practices, strategic multi-office growth, along with extensive community engagement and a collaborative culture that has delivered sustained success.
