RE/MAX Australia’s top performing real estate professionals for the first half of 2024 were recognised at the network’s annual RMX conference last week.
RE/MAX Australia’s Finance Director Chris Chapman acknowledged the performance of the many outstanding sales agents, property managers and support staff throughout the network before announcing the top performers in the January – June 2024 period.
The top business performance in commission and transactions for the first six months of 2024 was RE/MAX Bayside-Results, headed by Hayley Van de Ven.
Morningside’s Kylee Harnisch from RE/MAX Bayside-Results was named the number one individual for commissions and transactions.
The Jacqui Walker Team from the RE/MAX Success in Toowoomba was named the network’s top team.
Wagga Wagga’s RE/MAX Elite, owned by Nicole Kemp, Rod Whealing and Jenna Pollard, was named the top office for property management net growth. Toukley’s RE/MAX Pamilya Properties, owned by Corrinne Intia, was named top office for property management percentage growth.
RE/MAX Operations Director Josh Davoren welcomed members for day two, sharing the network is in an exciting are in terms of growth, driven by those within the network.
The announcement of the awards coincided with the RMX24 national event where network members conferenced at RACV Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast.
The multi-day program brought together top performers and industry experts who shared innovative approaches and new ideas for broker owners, agents and property managers to implement in their businesses for continued success.
“We have experienced a better start to the calendar year than the last,” said RE/MAX Managing Director Joel Davoren, “and while we’ve seen inconsistency across markets – from ‘on fire’ to sluggish – by and large, it has still been a seller’s market.
“The great property managers and agents, who are professional and sophisticated in their business, are forging ahead and increasing their market share.”
