November marks a new chapter in Leanne Bojarski’s career, as the Victoria Point real estate agent moves from team leader to business owner, with the opening of RE/MAX On Point.
Ms Bojarski and her team are well established and respected within the region, having operated as ‘Agents On Point’ with RE/MAX Bayside and RE/MAX Results under the leadership of Hayley Van de Ven, since 2022.
Ms Bojarski said the opportunity to accelerate her long term goals of business ownership was met with support from her mentor and friend, Ms Van de Ven.
“Hayley’s leadership and mentorship throughout my career has been incredibly influential and I value her as a mentor and friend,” she said. “Her belief, encouragement and continued support has been amazing and I’m looking forward to continuing to work in close connection with her and her team into the future.”
A real estate professional for almost a decade, Ms Bojarski has been a part of the network for two years and said the opportunity to continue to grow as a business owner with the support of the RE/MAX network has been incredible.
Connecting with other brokers from throughout the Australian network and internationally, she said it was natural to take the next step in her career having felt the support of the brand both as a real estate professional and as a business owner.
“Real estate is not a job, it’s a lifestyle and it certainly isn’t for the faint-hearted and having the support of not only my mentor, Hayley, but being part of an international brand which is at the forefront of the industry is really encouraging,” Ms Bojarski said. “With the influence of a brand which truly values its people, and to be surrounded with inspiring and successful leaders, I’m looking forward to continuing to grow with RE/MAX.”
A highly regarded agent, Ms Bojarski has built her business as part of the community, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and care which follows a truly holistic approach supporting her clients in the transitional stages of their lives.
