An esteemed RE/MAX Australia identity has been selected by the PPM Group to judge its prestigious ‘Best of the Best’ 2021 Property Management National Awards.
Katie Knight is on a carefully chosen judging panel that represents the most respected and influential in the business.
PPM Group founder and managing director Debbie Palmer said she proudly welcomed the ‘Best of the Best’ PM Influencer panel.
“We officially introduce, recognise, respect 
and honour a wide scope of our PM influencers, who we have made our respected award category judges,” she said. “These people have represented, supported, trained, consulted, built, shaped, modelled, given, impacted, changed and been the essence of property management on so many levels.”
Katie Knight is widely recognised as one of the best in property management in the country. She has been a top national producer in the real estate industry since 1998 and has collected numerous awards for excellence, including six-times REIQ Property Manager of the Year. She is broker owner of RE/MAX Success in Toowoomba, Queensland.
“These awards encourage, recognise and promote excellence in all aspects of property management business, personal achievement and best industry practices,” said Ms Knight, “and even making the finalist list is something to be proud of.”
She said this year’s awards should be a tribute to the efforts of property management departments through COVID-19.
“Property managers and their admin teams were under additional pressure as they responded to the impacts on tenants and landlords, as well as all the suppliers and services associated with rental properties.”
