AWARD FINALISTS IN PIVOTAL FINANCIAL RANKS

Pivotal Financial, the finance arm for RE/MAX Australia, has two finalists staking their win claims in The Advisor Better Business Awards for 2022.

Laura Sillano is a contender for Best Customer Service (Individual) and Lachlan Macdonald for Best Newcomer.

Mr Macdonald was named the recipient of the Pivotal Financial Rising Star award recently for his exceptional achievement, dedication and innovation through 2021.

The Better Business awards program is recognised as the benchmark initiative for excellence in broking. They have served up coveted awards for Australia’s brokers, networks, innovators, leaders and aggregators since 2014.

“This is a huge achievement for two of our finance specialists,” said Pivotal Financial Director, Matthew Andrews. “Building a local presence and servicing clients with dedication and skill are integral to successful broking because being an outstanding broker is not just writing volume, it’s about customer service and dedication to your client’s best interests.”

The Better Business Awards has developed a robust awards methodology that recognises business growth, business development, leadership, innovation, customer service excellence and contribution to Australia’s broking industry, using key benchmarks and performance indicators.

“The Better Business Awards celebrate the best of the best in brokers and brokerages, and finalists and winners create a benchmark of excellence for their peers,” Mr Andrews said.

Queensland winners will be announced at an awards event on 28th April at Sofitel Brisbane Central.
