Family is in the name for newest RE/MAX office

Copy of Pet or no PetLaunching her own agency in Toukley, on New South Wales’ Central Coast, recognised local agent Corinne Intia is this month launching RE/MAX Pamilya Properties.

Family means a great deal for Corinne, having grown up on the Central Coast now raising her own family here and it represents the type of team and culture she plans on building for the office. Corinne’s husband is from the Philippines and wanting to incorporate her family’s culture and community, ‘Pamilya’ means ‘family’ in Filipino.

Having established herself as a well-respected agent in the area and a recognised figure amongst the community, Corinne is pleased to be moving into business ownership with under the red and blue banner of RE/MAX Australia.

Corinne brings with her extensive experience and a strong reputation in property management and sales. Understanding the care, attention and mind-set required to meet the expectations of her clients, her experience and knowledge has made her a sought-after agent in the local area.

Developing a strong reputation locally through both her community volunteering and work, and also as a well-respected real estate professional, it was a natural progression for her to move into business ownership to offer clients a wider range of real estate services.

“We have a great local community of which I’ve been a part of my whole life. From my own schooling years, forging my career and raising my own family, establishing my own real estate business here has always been a goal of mine,” said Mrs Initia.

“RE/MAX Pamilya Properties is my future, my family’s future and I’m excited to be building my business with the RE/MAX brand.

“Bringing RE/MAX to the Central Coast, I’m looking forward to opening up the area that I service to extend to the whole coast and offer my clients exceptional personal real estate service.”

Forging this new path for herself as a business owner, it was the opportunity to work with an international brand and extend the opportunity to provide next level support to her clients through access to resources and training that made the decision to join RE/MAX an easy one.  With a strong connection to RE/MAX’s culture, it was a perfect fit for Corinne’s business model and she looks forward to growing her team.

Thrilled to be welcoming Corinne to RE/MAX Australia’s network of high performing broker/owners, RE/MAX Australia’s director of operations Josh Davoren said it was an exciting time for the growth of RE/MAX in New South Wales.

“RE/MAX Pamilya Properties represents a return for RE/MAX to the Central Coast of New South Wales, and we’re excited to re-establish the brand in the growing market,” he said.

“Corinne’s experience and local knowledge is exceptional, and she brings a whole new level of strength to represent the RE/MAX brand that we’ve not had on the Central Coast before.”
