Kylee Harnisch from REMAX Results in Morningside, Brisbane has sold her way in the Real Estate Business Top 50 Women in Australian Real Estate 2025 ranking.
The ranking provides industry-wide recognition to the women in residential real estate who have gone above and beyond for their buyers and sellers while receiving stellar results in their local areas.
Ms Harnisch, who ranks in the top 50 REMAX agents worldwide, achieved strong results over the 2024 calendar year to claim the 49thposition in the REB ranking.
REB identifies women who have set strong professional performance standards that others can aspire to emulate, and says the ranking also inspires agents across the country to win more listings and achieve enviable results.
Despite a challenging few years of high interest rates and mortgage stress, the top-performing women were able to produce outstanding results in 2025. The number of listings and properties settled rose among the top 50 women, reflecting a boost in market conditions.
REB’s Top 50 Women in Real Estate rankings are determined by using a range of metrics, including the number of properties sold, the total dollar volume of properties sold, and the average sales value across the 2024 calendar year.
Each agent is ranked comparatively across these three metrics against their peers, with the combined comparative score used to determine the top-ranked Australian agents.
The annual ranking reveals real estate trends and opportunities while highlighting how the nation’s top-performing agents achieve strong results in an evolving property market.
