RE/MAX expands its presence in greater Perth this week with the opening of RE/MAX Extreme South in Cannington.
Craig Phillips, a widely known and awarded real estate specialist, joined the high-performance team at RE/MAX Extreme to take up the newly created role of Branch Manager.
“Craig has been a familiar name in residential real estate sales south of the Swan River for 23 years and has been an eagerly anticipated addition to the network in Western Australia,” RE/MAX Australia Business Growth Manager, Simon Withers.

Mr Withers said opening the Cannington office allowed a south of the river focus with a premium real estate offering in sales and property management, while also giving RE/MAX an excellent reach across the whole city.
“This expansion of RE/MAX Extreme is an exciting move,” he said, “as it is growing the RE/MAX presence in the southern region and giving individuals on our real estate team the opportunity to grow their own businesses, often with a view to opening their own offices.
The Cannington office is in a prominent location, across from Westfield Carousel Shopping Centre, which became WA’s largest shopping centre when redeveloped in 2018 and, in October last year, was the first suburban shopping centre in Perth to introduce Friday night trading.
RE/MAX Extreme North is in Currambine, with approximately 44 kilometres separating the two offices.
