With goals firmly set to transform an already impressive south side office into something even more remarkable, one of RE/MAX Australia’s top performing real estate agents has seized the opportunity to take over business ownership.
Tom Zhang last month acquired ownership of the well-established RE/MAX Community Realty in Sunnybank from Cathy Cheng, who remains as part of the team.
Mr Zhang has been working as a top agent in the office since 2017, quickly confirming his dedication and skill as a genuine, hard-working agent. It wasn’t long before he was recognised in the ranks as one of RE/MAX Australia’s top agents.
In addition to his professional growth as an agent, Mr Zhang has always had his sights set on one day owning his own real estate business.
“My goal has always to been to run my own business and when the opportunity came to take over from Cathy with RE/MAX Community Realty, it was the perfect time to turn that goal into a reality.”
And big plans he has for the office, with a goal to grow the office to the largest real estate office in the area, with the biggest sales team in South Brisbane.
“We have great sales agents and we’re looking to expand our team further into the future and help build this office into something even better.”
Fluent in English and Mandarin, Mr Zhang is passionate about forming connections with the local community, and his energy and drive to succeed for his clients serve as an excellent example to his team.
He brings with him into business ownership a strong sense of leadership and direction. With a natural drive about him and an affinity toward his clients, his sights are firmly set on expanding the reach of RE/MAX Community Realty and offering an exceptional real estate experience to a growing number of clients.
