RE/MAX Australia has announced its awards for the second quarter of 2024, with top achievers across ten regions recognised.
RE/MAX Victory (Caboolture/Wamuran/Bellmere) was named the top achieving real estate business in the Brisbane North region and broker owner Vicki Ford was the region’s #1 agent for transactions and #2 for commission.
Ryan Smith, from RE/MAX Profile Real Estate in Kenmore, was #1 agent for commission, with Brisbane agent Deepen Khagram at #3. Kathy Sweeney, RE/MAX Living in Caboolture, was #2 for transactions with Brisbane’s Chris Esdale, RE/MAX City, at #3.
North Lakes-based Cam & Dave Team, from RE/MAX Now, was the top team for transactions in April to June and #2 for commission; and Sandgate-based Tamara & Mark Wecker team from RE/MAX Property Shop, was the top sales unit for commission and #3 for transactions. The Brisbane Lyn & Rohan Team, from RE/MAX Central Residential, completed the top three at #2 for transactions and #3 for commission.
In the Brisbane South region, RE/MAX Bayside-Results (Morningside, Cleveland, Alexandra Hills) was named the top achieving real estate business, and Kylee Harnisch, from the Morningside office, was the top agent for transactions and #2 for commission earned.
Wynnum agent Tamara Hall, from RE/MAX Advantage, was the quarter’s top agent for commission. George Vuong, from RE/MAX Masters in Coopers Plains, made the top three.
The Alexandra Hills-based Simon Salm Team from RE/MAX Bayside-Results was the leading team in commission for April to June, and #2 for transactions. Hunt Property Sisters, from RE/MAX Revolution, Shailer Park, and the Springfield-based Melina M-V Properties Team made up the top three.
In the North Queensland region, RE/MAX Select repeated its first quarter successes with top office for both commission and number of transactions. The Mackay office produced the region’s top sales team, Team Leanne Druery. Stacey Arlott was the region’s top agent with broker owner Nikita Kinnane following at #2.
The Mark Stevenson & Marion Grice Team from RE/MAX Excellence in Townsville made up the region’s top two sales units and RE/MAX Excellence agent Sean Lubbe took the third spot for an individual.
In the Wide Bay region, RE/MAX Gold achieved #1 office for both commission and transactions. The Gladstone office produced the region’s top sales team for both, Team Williams; and Shane McLeod and Barb Sawtell were #2 and #3 for individual sales performance.
RE/MAX Coastal Lifestyle’s Sue Robertson, from Baffle Creek, was the top-ranked agent overall.
The Bundaberg-based Scott Mackey Team, from RE/MAX Precision, and the Corrie Hartley & Rachel Ellis Team, from RE/MAX Reach in Maryborough, completed the top three teams for the region.
RE/MAX Success in Toowoomba again took the top spot for transactions and commission earned in the Darling Downs region. RE/MAX Success sales associates Trevor Manteufel and Gary Klein were the top two individuals; and Jacqui Walker Team, Melita Bell Team and Team Elevate were the top three teams.
In the Sunshine Coast region, RE/MAX Property Sales (Nambour/Caloundra) held top-ranking as #1 real estate business for both commission earned and transactions. The top three agents in the region – Chris Elliman, Garren Reisinger and Richard Krausz – were also from RE/MAX Property Sales.
From Maleny, RE/MAX Hinterland’s Team Hinterland was #1 for commission and transactions, followed by the Caloundra-based Rademeyer Team and Team Carter from RE/MAX Property Sales.
RE/MAX Regency achieved highest transactions and commission for the Gold Coast region and the Robina office produced all the region’s winners. Charl Louw was the top individual, with Ben Williams and Stuart Legg making up the top three for commission and Taya Rich and Greg Parker completing the top three for transactions. The top two teams were the Nicole & Helen Team followed by the Daryn Trowbridge Team.
Top achievers in New South Wales were recognised, with RE/MAX Lifestyle Marketing, Penrith, awarded #1 office award for commission and RE/MAX Elite, Waga Wagga, for transactions.
The Penrith office also produced the region’s top individual achievement for transactions in broker owner Gizzelle Powell, who was #2 for commission. Billy Markovski, from RE/MAX Xtra in Parramatta, took the top award for commission and was #2 for transactions. Matt Roffe, from RE/MAX KRG in Concord, completed the top three individual awards for the quarter.
From Junee, RE/MAX Vision’s Jenna Pollard Team was the top-ranked team for both commission and transactions.
In Victoria, RE/MAX Australia recognised RE/MAX ACPA at William’s Landing as the top office for commission earned and number of transactions.
The Lakes Entrance office of RE/MAX Genesis produced the region’s top sales individual overall in principal Daniel Schoeman. From Williams Landing, RE/MAX ACPA’s Yisa Weng and Leon Lee completed the top three agents.
RE/MAX Extreme dominated in Western Australia with its Currambine and Cannington offices making it the top-performing business for both commission generated and sales transactions. The three top teams were Brett White Team, Phillip Wiltshire Team and the Demo Foufas Team. The top individual performers were Cannington-based Nic Sauzier and Currambine-based agents, Paul Walsh and Shaun Hayes.
