Top REMAX individuals, teams, and offices were recognised for their performance in the first quarter of 2026, as the Australian network released its Q1 rankings. These quarterly rankings highlight achievements across commission and transaction categories from January through March, across ten regions.
REMAX Living ranked #1 office for commission and REMAX Victory ranked #1 office for transaction sides in the Brisbane North region for Q1 2026. REMAX Victory’s broker-owner Vicki Ford was named #1 individual for commission and transaction sides, with Caboolture South’s Renee Ford (REMAX Victory) #3 individual for transactions. REMAX Northern Realty’s Wes McGregor of Albany Creek ranked #2 individual for commission. Brisbane City’s Chris Esdale, REMAX City, ranked #3 individual for commission and #2 for transactions. Brisbane North region’s top ranking team for commission and transaction sides was REMAX Living’s Kathy Sweeney Team; Waver & Wereszczuk from Bribie Island’s REMAX Advanced were #2, with REMAX Central Residential’s Lyn & Rohan Team #3.
REMAX The Limitless Group, with offices in Morningside (REMAX Results), Tingalpa (Locate), Cleveland and Alexandra Hills (REMAX Bayside) was named Q1 2026’s top office for Brisbane South. Morningside’s Kylee Harnisch from REMAX Results ranked #1 individual for commission and transaction sides. George Vuong from REMAX Masters, Coopers Plains, achieved #2 ranking, with Upper Mount Gravatt’s Annie Hou of REMAX First Choice, ranked #3 overall individual. Flagstone-based CK Property Partners, from REMAX Property Professionals, were #1 team for commission, the team also ranked #2 for transaction sides. REMAX Advantage’s Wynnum-based The Gill Team were #2 for commission; Agents on Point from Victoria Point’s REMAX On Point were #3 for commission with The Rita Suters Team from the same office ranked #1 team for Q1 transactions. Springfield’s Property Professionals Collective, from REMAX Property Professionals was #3 team for transactions.
Toowoomba’s REMAX Success topped the rankings for the first quarter of 2026 with the office named #1 for commission and transactions in the Darling Downs region. Dalby’s Daniel Ferris and Donna Cook, from REMAX Heartland Real Estate, were ranked equal #1 Individual for the Darling Downs region across commission and transaction sides. REMAX Success produced the region’s top teams with Jacqui Walker Team ranked #1, Melita Bell Team achieving #2 ranking, followed by Team Elevate at #3.
In the Gold Coast region, REMAX Regency took out top ranking office for Q1, 2026, the Robina-based office also produced top individual rankings, with Charl Louw #1 for commission and transactions; Megan Cranitch #2 for commission; Taya Rich #3 for commission and equal #2 for transactions alongside Daryn Trowbridge. The Hinterland Collective (REMAX Regency) ranked #1 Gold Coast team across commission and transactions. REMAX Aspire’s Labrador-based Jarryd Fisher Team ranked #2 for commission and transactions. Greg Parker Team (REMAX Regency) ranked #3 for commission and transactions.
Wagga Wagga’s REMAX Elite was named NSW’s top office for Q1 2026. REMAX Lifestyle Marketing’s Gizzelle Powell, who is based out of Penrith, was named #1 individual for commission and transaction sides. Joseph Choi from REMAX Prestige in Sydney Olympic Park, ranked #2 individual for commission, REMAX Lifestyle Marketing’s Litsa Meleti #3 for commission. REMAX Prestige’s Joseph Choi and REMAX Infinity’s Joe Zhang ranked equal #2 individual for transaction sides. Junee-based Jenna Raulston Team from REMAX Vision was top NSW team for commission and transaction sides in Q1.
REMAX Select was named top office in North Queensland for Q1, 2026, with the Mackay-based office producing the region’s top team in Team Leanne Druery and top individual in Stacey Arlott across both commission and transaction sides. REMAX Excellence’s Marion Grice ranked #2 individual for commission and equal #2 for transaction sides alongside fellow Townsville agent Sean Lubbe, also ranked #3 for commissions.
REMAX Property Sales was named top office for commission and transaction across the Sunshine Coast region in Q1, 2026. The Birtinya-based office also produced the top individuals across the region with Wesley Botha achieving #1 ranking across commission and transaction sides; Adriaan Coetzee achieved #2 for commission, followed by Garren Reisinger #3 for commission; Garren also achieved #2 ranking for transaction sides with Richard Krausz achieving #3. The top team for the Sunshine Coast in Q1 went to Maleny’s Team Hinterland, REMAX Hinterland – ranked #1 for commission and transactions. REMAX Property Sales’ The Tristan Brown Team and Ellwood Real Estate achieved #2 and #3 rankings respectively across commission and transaction sides.
REMAX Genesis ranked the top office from Victoria for the first quarter of 2026; the Lakes Entrance office also produced the top individual in broker owner Daniel Shoeman, ranked #1 for commission and transaction sides. Jason Chen from Williams Landing’s REMAX Edge, ranked #2 across both individual categories. Team Edge from REMAX Edge was named the region’s top team for commission and transactions.
Western Australia’s REMAX Extreme produced the state’s top performers for the first quarter of 2026, with the multi-office ranked #1 for commission and transactions. Mark Abbott was top individual for commission and transaction sides. Currambine’s Shaun Hayes was #2 for commission, sharing #2 ranking for transactions with Fahim Kabir from the Cannington office. Craig Phillips was #3 individual for commission in Q1. The top three teams for commission and transaction sides all came from the Currambine office with The Brett White Team #1, The Demo Foufas Team #2 for commission and #3 for transactions, with The Phil Wiltshire Team #3 for commission and #2 for transaction sides.
From the Wide Bay region, Gympie’s REMAX Property Group ranked #1 office for commission in Q1, 2026. Maryborough’s REMAX Reach was top office for transactions, also producing the region’s top team across commission and transaction sides in Corrie Hartley & Rachel Ellis Team. Gladstone’s Matt Buckland from REMAX Gold achieved #1 individual ranking for commission and #2 for transaction sides. Sue Robertson from Baffle Creek’s REMAX Coastal Lifestyle achieved #1 ranking for transactions and #2 for commissions. REMAX Property Group’s Jesse Van Nek achieved #3 individual ranking for commission. REMAX Partners Real Estate’s Reece O’Brien, of Hervey Bay, achieved #3 individual for transaction sides in the year’s first quarter.
