At Brisbane City Hall on 16th February, Geoff Esdale was awarded posthumously as RE/MAX Australia’s top performing sales associate in commercial, retail and industrial sectors, an award he’d held tight for many years, having dominated the market and had the highest turnover for commercial business in the network year on year.
Geoff Esdale sadly passed away in October last year.
RE/MAX globally celebrated his legendary career, posthumously bestowing on him the rare international Circle of Legends Award, which honours highly successful agents who have earned more than $10 million USD in gross commissions through at least 10 years of service with the global real estate network.
Having gained his real estate license in 1990, Geoff opened his own office, RE/MAX City, in Queen Street, Brisbane CBD in 2011. Ironically this was the year RE/MAX created the Circle of Legends Award, which has been achieved by less than one per cent of all sales associates in the global network.
In 2014, he moved the business to its current Ann Street location, shortly before his son Chris joined him.
Chris Esdale, who is now at the helm of RE/MAX City, was recognised at the event for his 2022 sales achievements, gaining Platinum Club status.
