REMAX Australia has been named REB’s Property Management Network of the Year at the real estate publication’s inaugural REB Property Management Excellence (PMX) Awards.
The awards gala was held on Thursday, 27 November at Illumia, Sydney, bringing together more than 330 of the nation’s top property management professionals. REB (Real Estate Business) noted the awards are designed to set a new benchmark for recognition across the sector, providing a stage for property management professionals to be celebrated.
REMAX Australia Operations Director Josh Davoren accepted the award on behalf of the network, recognising the significant effort and impact of the role that property managers play within the industry.
“We’re proud to support our network of property managers, support staff and business owners who continue to grow their property management departments and make a positive impact not only within the industry but in local regions all over Australia,” said Mr Davoren.

The awards were held on the eve of national Thank a Property Manager Day, which is recognised on the last Friday of November to celebrate the efforts of property managers. Mr Davoren also extended gratitude for the dedication shown by REMAX property managers every day.
“You are the backbone of what we do, and your hard work, professionalism and care do not go unnoticed,” he said.
REMAX Australia currently supports 88 offices across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia, providing support to nearly 180 property management professionals who assist thousands of landlords in the successful management of more than 15,000 properties.
