Leanne Bojarski is a real estate professional with big goals for her business, and she’s well on her way – supported by her team – to achieving them and more. Just over 12 months ago, Leanne opened her own franchise office, REMAX On Point, well ahead of her plan she set when she first joined REMAX.
Within her first year as a business owner, Leanne’s team has consistently been recognised within the top sales teams within the Australian network, ranked no.1 for the month of September – a goal Leanne had set herself to achieve within the first five years of business.
Looking back on her first year in business ownership, she is incredibly proud of what she and her team has built.
“It has been a truly fantastic year full of growth, beyond the goals I had set for myself, and I’m just so proud of the team we have,” said Leanne.
“Becoming a broker has opened so many doors for me and reminded me of the importance at a deeper level of being truly authentic, really organised and asking for support when needed.”
“The support and encouragement from the network, from some standout mentors who have been there for me the whole way, has been truly amazing.”
As a selling principal, Leanne surrounds herself with a strong team, supported by long-standing conjunctional agents John Dixon and Rita Suters, and phenomenal operations manager Jill Birocchi, who Leanne warmly refers to as ‘the calm to her storm’.
“This year saw us outgrow our tiny office with our team doubling in size. We’re the number one office in Victoria Point and have the highest sales per days on market for the region, which is a huge achievement that we’re incredibly proud of.”
Having worked together for years prior, the close nit team quickly expanded as growth within the business accelerated, welcoming what Leanne warmly shares to be one of her biggest blessings and her “stunt double” sales associate Sharon Marsh. Leanne’s office manager Toni Kingman created the Property Management division of the business, having built it from the ground up before welcoming Rachel Hau into the role of BDM, a long-standing legend with 15 years’ experience in the industry within the Redlands Bay region. William Suters has joined Rita as her sales associate and is doing a remarkable job within the mother/son unit, while Zach Bojarski, Leanne’s son, assists with the digital media and content creation for the thriving business’ social accounts.
Perhaps hungriest of them all to learn is Alexia Kusecek, who is currently completing her Certificate III in Business, working two days support the team.
Leanne’s relationships with her team, along with her commitment to her community is one of trust and support. Heavily involved in many aspects of the community, Leanne is consistently putting her hand up to support local charities, events and programs within the community, proudly declaring her team of ‘community legends’, leading by example.
“I think my default setting is caring deeply from the heart and being super busy is just natural to me,” she says. “We’ve a really strong sense of community here in Victoria Point and supporting the community, however we can, has been something that I and my team have always felt strongly about nurturing, it’s just part of who we are as a team.”
The attitude of gratitude from the minute of waking right though to bedtime is what sets Leanne for success each day, and from the bottom of her heart she thanks every single person that has been on this real estate journey with her.
“There is no promise of tomorrow, so give life all you have got,” she says, proudly.
