REA Group has recognised 24 REMAX Australia sales professionals across three states as top agents in their locales at the group’s annual REA Excellence Awards in February.
The all-new, data-based Top Agent awards recognise top-performing residential sales agents in suburbs across Australia through analysis of eight performance measures.
From Western Australia, REMAX Extreme’s Tracy Kriwopischin is Top Agent for Gabbadah, and Demo Foufas is Top Agent for Ashby.
From New South Wales, REMAX Elite’s Taylor Maurer ranked Top Agent for Lockhart, and Jenna Raulston ranked Top Agent for Boorooma and Tatton; Jacqui Hedlund from REMAX Vision is Top Agent for Junee. REMAX Lifestyle Marketing’s Gizzelle Powell is Top Agent for Cambridge Park, and Matt Roffe of REMAX KRG is Mortlake’s Top Agent. Top Agent for Bungarribee is Morris and Melissa Short from REMAX Xtra.
There were a number of multi-suburb Top Agents from Queensland, including REMAX Coastal Lifestyle’s Sue Robertson, recognised as Top Agent for Deepwater, Euleilah, Mount Maria, Rosedale and Rules Beach. REMAX Select’s Leanne Druery is Top Agent for Bakers Creek, East Mackay, Mackay, Mount Pleasant, Rural View and South Mackay. Melita Bell of REMAX Success is recognised as Top Agent for Goombungee, Meringandan West, Murphys Creek and Westbrook. Jacqui Walker of REMAX Succes is recognised as Top Agent for Cranley, Kearneys Spring, North Toowoomba and Rangeville. REMAX Living’s Chris Wease is Top Agent for Kilcoy, Royston, Stanmore and Woolmar, while broker owner Kathy Sweeney is the Top Agent for Burpengary.
REMAX Hinterland’s Michael Reck is recognised as Top Agent for Balmoral Ridge, with Kate Woolston Booroobin and North Maleny’s Top Agent. REMAX Regency’s Charl Louw is Mudgeeraba’s Top Agent, Stuart Legg is Top Agent for Tallai and Worongary, and Taya Rich is Top Agent for Merrimac. REMAX Property Sales’ Richard Krausz is Top Agent for Nambour.
REMAX Property Professionals’ Vanessa Kirby is Top Agent for Munruben, with Chevy McGrath recognised as Top Agent for Flagstone. Leanne Bojarski, REMAX On Point, is Top Agent for Victoria Point, and Fraser Evans, REMAX Results, is Top Agent for Burbank and Chandler.
Recipients of REA Top Agent awards received an exclusive Top Agent badge on their realestate.com.au agent profile and agent search for 12 months. Recipients are determined based on suburb sales and performance data, which aggregates several measures including total number of properties sold, market share, total number of primary sales in a suburb, total number of secondary sales in a suburb, median sold price, median days advertised, total number of reviews and mean rating.
