REMAX Australia has announced its regional awards for the second quarter of 2025, with top achievers across ten regions recognised for their efforts in the April to June period.
REMAX Victory (Caboolture South, Wamuran, Bellmere) was named the top achieving real estate business in the Brisbane North region, with broker owner Vicki Ford named #1 agent.
Burpengary-based Kathy Sweeney Team, from REMAX Living, was the top team for commissions and transactions in April to June.
Chris Wease, REMAX Living (Woodford) was #2 agent for commission and #3 for transaction sides. REMAX City’s (Brisbane City) Chris Esdale was #2 for transactions and REMAX Northern Realty’s Wes McGregor, Albany Creek, was #3 for commission.
Tamara and Mark Wecker from Sandgate’s REMAX Property Shop were #2 team for commission and #3 for transactions; Brisbane’s REMAX Central Residential Lyn & Rohan Team were #2 for transactions and #3 for commission.
In the Brisbane South region, REMAX Bayside-Results (Morningside, Cleveland, Alexandra Hills) was named the top achieving real estate business, and Kylee Harnisch from the Morningside office, was the top agent.
Vanessa Kirby from REMAX Property Professionals (Flagstone) was #2 agent for commission and #3 for transactions; George Vuong from REMAX Masters (Coopers Plains) was #2 agent for transactions and #3 for commission.
Agents On Point from the Victoria Point office REMAX On Point was named #1 team for commission and #2 for transactions; Property Professionals Collective from REMAX Property Professionals (Springfield) was #2 for commission, followed by REMAX Bayside-Results (Alexandra Hills) Simon Salm Team at #3. REMAX Revolution’s Hunt Property Sisters (Shailer Park) was #3 for transactions.
In the North Queensland region, REMAX Select demonstrated enviable market share and claimed top office for both commission and number of transactions. The Mackay office also produced the region’s top sales team, Team Leanne Druery and top individual rankings with Stacey Arlott #1 and Nikita Kinnane #2 for both commission earned and sales transactions.
Mareeba’s Andrew Rogato from REMAX Impact was #3 individual for commission, with Townsville’s Sean Lubbe (REMAX Excellence) #3 for transactions.
REMAX Excellence (Townsville) also produced the #2 team in the region, The Mark Stevenson & Marion Grice Sales Team.
In the Wide Bay region, REMAX Gold achieved #1 office for both commission and number of transactions. The Gladstone office produced the region’s #1 sales team for commission and #2 for transactions, Team Williams. Broker/owner Shane McLeod ranked #2 individual for transactions and #3 for commission.
REMAX Coastal Lifestyle’s Sue Robertson, from Baffle Creek, was the overall top-ranked agent for transactions and commission earned, with REMAX Property Group’s Jesse Van Nek, from Gympie #2 individual for commission and #3 for transactions.
Maryborough-based team, Corrie Hartley & Rachel Ellis Team from REMAX Reach was #1 team for transaction sides and #2 team for commission. REMAX Precision’s Scott Mackey Team, from Bundaberg, completed the top three teams for the region.
REMAX Success in Toowoomba achieved the highest volume of transactions and commission earned in the Darling Downs region, with Taurie Brieschke named top sales associate. Jacqui Walker Team was #1 team for commission and transactions, with
Melita Bell Team named #2 for commission and #3 transactions. Team Elevate was #2 for transactions and #3 for commission.
In the Sunshine Coast region, REMAX Property Sales (Nambour, Caloundra) held top-ranking, awarded #1 real estate business for both commission earned and transactions. The top three agents in the region were also from REMAX Property Sales Nambour office with Richard Krausz ranked #1 for both commission and transactions, Scott Walters ranked #2, followed by Wesley Botha at #3, sharing equal ranking with Wesley Coetzee number of transactions.
REMAX Hinterland’s Team Hinterland was top team for both commission and transaction sides. Nambour-based The Tristan Brown Team, from REMAX Property Sales was #2 team, with Caloundra-based Rademeyer Team #3.
REMAX Regency achieved highest transactions and commission for the Gold Coast region, with four teams from the Robina office recognised in transaction and commission-based rankings including The Hinterland Collective (#1 commissions and transactions), Ben Williams Team (#2 commission and transactions), Darryn Trowbridge Team (#3 commission) and Greg Parker Team (#3 transactions).
REMAX Aspire’s (Labrador) broker owner Jarryd Fisher took out the overall top individual ranking for the Gold Coast region. REMAX Regency sales associate Charl Louw was #2 for commission and transactions, with the Robina office also producing the #3 agent for transactions in Taya Rich. Broadbeach-based Danny Woolbank, broker/owner REMAX Property Centre, was #3 individual for commission.
Top achievers in New South Wales were recognised, with REMAX Elite (Wagga Wagga) awarded #1 office. Penrith-based Gizzelle Powell, REMAX Lifestyle Marketing broker/owner, was ranked #1 individual for commission and transactions. Wagga Wagga’s Taylor Maurer and Nicole Kemp from REMAX Elite were awarded #2 and #3 rankings for commission and transactions.
From Junee, REMAX Vision’s Jenna Raulston Team was the top-ranked team for both commission and transactions.
For Victoria, REMAX Australia recognised REMAX Genesis as top performing office for the second quarter. The Lakes Entrance office also produced the top individual ranking across sales commission and transactions, in broker/owner Daniel Schoeman. Leon Lee from REMAX Edge in Williams Landing took out #2 individual ranking across both categories.
The top achievers in Western Australia were REMAX Extreme (Currambine, Cannington) as #1 office award for categories of both commission generated and sales transactions. The Currambine office produced top teams across commission and transactions with The Brett White Team #1, The Phil Wiltshire Team was #2, and The Demo Foufas Team #3.
Cannington-based REMAX Extreme sales associate Mark Abbott was named WA’s top REMAX agent overall for April to June; Currambine’s Tracy Kriwopischin was #2 overall individual, followed by Craig Phillips at #3.
