
REMAX Australia announced the network’s top individuals, teams and offices for the fourth quarter of 2025. The rankings, which are calculated across nine regions, recognise performance across commission and transaction categories from the October – December period.
REMAX Living ranked #1 office for commission and transaction sides in the Brisbane North region for Q4 2025. The office also produced the top team for both commission and transaction sides in Burpengary’s Kathy Sweeney Team; Woodford-based Chris Wease was ranked the top individual for the region across commission and transaction sides. REMAX Victory’s Vicki Ford (Caboolture South) ranked #2 for transaction sides. REMAX U’s Clint Kenny achieved #2 individual ranking for commission and equal #3 for transaction sides alongside Brisbane City’s Chris Esdale, REMAX City. Mr Esdale also achieved #3 individual ranking for commission. Sandgate’s Tamara and Mark Wecker, REMAX Property Shop, were the #2 team for commission and transactions. Lyn & Rohan Team from Brisbane’s REMAX Central Residential #3 for commission and transactions.
REMAX The Limitless Group, with offices in Morningside (REMAX Results), Cleveland and Alexandra Hills (REMAX Bayside) was named Q4 2025’s top office for Brisbane South. Morningside’s Kylee Harnisch from REMAX Results was ranked #1 individual for commission and transaction sides. REMAX Property Professionals’ Vanessa Kirby, from Flagstone, achieved #2 individual ranking for commission and #3 for transaction sides; Shailer Park’s Nadir Rezai from REMAX Revolution #3 individual for commission, with George Vuong from Coopers Plains REMAX Masters office #2 for transaction sides.
Cleveland-based Neilson Team from REMAX Bayside ranked #1 Brisbane South team for commission and transaction sides. Springfield-based Property Professionals Collective, from REMAX Property Professionals, achieved #2 ranking for transaction sides and #3 for commission. REMAX Result’s Morningside-based Evans Properties Team #2 team for commission and REMAX Revolution’s Shailer Park-based Hunt Property Sisters #3 for transaction sides.
Toowoomba’s REMAX Success topped the rankings for the last quarter of 2025 with the office named #1 for commission and transactions in the Darling Downs region.
Taurie Brieschke ranked overall top individual for both commission and transaction sides. Jacqui Walker Team ranked #1 team for Q4 2025, with Melita Bell Team achieving #2 team ranking, followed by Team Elevate at #3.
In the Gold Coast region, REMAX Aspire’s Labrador-based Jarryd Fisher took out the top individual ranking for commission and transaction sides in Q4 2025. Robina’s Charl Louw, REMAX Regency, #2 individual across both categories. Danny Woolbank from REMAX Property Centre, Broadbeach was #3 for commission; REMAX Regency’s Russel Segal #3 for transaction sides.
REMAX Regency ranked the #1 REMAX Gold Coast office for Q4 2025, with the Robina-based office also producing the top three teams in the region, with The Hinterland Collective ranked #1; Greg Parker Team ranked #2; and Ben Williams Team ranked #3 across both commission and transactions categories.
Wagga Wagga’s REMAX Elite was named NSW’s top office for Q4 2025. REMAX Lifestyle Marketing’s Gizzelle Powell, who is based out of Penrith, was named #1 individual for commission and transaction sides. Concord’s Matt Roffe, REMAX KRG, was #2 individual for commission, with REMAX Lifestyle Marketing’s Litsa Meleti #3 for commission and transaction sides. REMAX Elite’s Taylor Maurer achieved #2 ranking for transaction sides. REMAX Vision’s Junee-based Jenna Raulston Team achieved the #1 team ranking for commission and transaction sides.
Mackay featured prominently in Q4 2025 rankings in North Queensland, with REMAX Select named top office for commission and transactions. The office also produced the top team across both categories in Team Leanne Druery. Stacey Arlott, REMAX Select, achieved #1 individual ranking for commission and #2 ranking for transaction sides. Cairns-based Tony Williamson from REMAX Real Estate Services achieved #2 individual ranking for commission and #3 for transaction sides. Mareeba’s Aurelia Rogato from REMAX Impact #3 individual for commission in the region.
REMAX Property Sales was named top office for commission and transaction across the Sunshine Coast region in Q4 2025. The Birtinya-based office also produced the top individuals across the region with Richard Krausz achieving #1 ranking across both commission and transaction sides; Scott Walters achieved #2 ranking across both categories; Garren Reisinger #3 individual for commission; and Wesley Botha #3 individual for transaction sides. Maleny’s Team Hinterland, from REMAX Hinterland ranked #1 team for commission and #2 team for transaction sides. REMAX Property Sales’ The Tristan Brown Team ranked #1 team for transaction sides and #2 for commission. REMAX Property Sales’ Rademeyer Team achieved #3 team ranking for commission and transaction sides.
REMAX Genesis ranked the top office from Victoria for Q4 2025; the Lakes Entrance office also produced the top individual in broker owner Daniel Shoeman, ranked #1 for commission and transaction sides. Jason Chen from Williams Landing’s REMAX Edge, ranked #2 across both individual categories.
Western Australia’s REMAX Extreme office produced the state’s top performers for the last quarter of 2025, with the multi-office ranked #1 for commission and transactions. Pete Costigan from the Currambine office was the top individual for commission and transaction sides. Cannington’s Mark Abbott was #2 for commission and Dipak Basnet #3. Mr Abbot and Mr Basnet shared #2 ranking for transaction sides, along with Fahim Kabir. The top three teams for commission and transaction sides all came from the Currambine office with The Phil Wiltshire Team #1, The Demo Foufas Team #2 and The Brett White Team #3.
From the Wide Bay region, Gladstone’s REMAX Gold ranked #1 office for commission, with Baffle Creek’s REMAX Coastal Lifestyle #1 office for transactions. REMAX Coastal Lifestyle also produced the top individual for commission and transactions in Sue Robertson. Hervey Bay-based Rob Oatley ranked #2 for commission and #3 for transactions and Reece O’Brien ranked #2 for transactions and #3 for commission; both individuals are based out of REMAX Partners Real Estate. Bundaberg’s REMAX Precision produced the top team for commission in Scott Mackey Team, also ranked #2 for transaction sides. REMAX Reach’s Corrie Hartley & Rachel Ellis Team, of Maryborough, ranked #1 team for transaction sides and #2 for commission.
