RE/MAX was on show at the reiwa.com Awards Ball on Saturday, August 31 with the RE/MAX Extreme office and its agents recognised throughout a number of categories on the night.
The annual awards celebrate REIWA’s top talent, recognising excellence and best practice in the real estate profession.
Demo Foufas and Phil Wiltshire both received the prestigious REIWA Master Salesperson Award, for their achievements during the 2023-24 financial year.
The high performing agents celebrated with fellow RE/MAX Extreme agents who were recognised amongst the ranks of Western Australia’s leading REIWA agents. The RE/MAX Extreme office ranked amongst the Top Medium Office by Listings Sold, Top Medium Office by Value Sold and Top Office by lowest medium days on market 150-249 property leased categories. The Brett White Team was recognised in two categories: Top Team by Listing Sold and Top Team by Value Sold.
In individual rankings, Demo Foufas and Nic Sauzier were both recognised in the Top Unassisted Salesperson and Top Unassisted Salesperson by Value Sold categories; Phil ranked amongst the Top Assisted Salesperson by listing Sold and Top Assisted Salesperson by Value Sold.
REIWA also recognises achievement through elite groups from the 5 Million Dollar Club to 31-34 Million Dollar Club.
Five RE/MAX Extreme agents were named in elite groups including Shaun Hayes – 9 Million Dollar Club; Paul Walsh and Pete Costigan – 10-14 Million Dollar Club; Craig Phillips 16-20 Million Dollar Club; and Nic Sauzier – 31-35 Million Dollar Club.

The reiwa.com Awards Ball was held at Crown Perth, with almost 1,000 real estate professionals in attendance.
